Introduction
The volunteers of Ambulance Wens Belgium are determined to provide a magnificent last experience for people who are terminally ill. To organise these events, they used a paper notebook and a Whatsapp group. Not only was this time-consuming but also error-prone.

Challenges
Ambulance Wens came to us with the request to help them digitize their workflow. In addition to building an admin platform to replace the famous paper notebook, they also wanted a mobile app for volunteers to streamline communication and increase volunteer engagement.

Sollution
We created a simple yet elegant that allows volunteers to see all events, respond to invitations, manage their documents and certificates and share their experiences with other volunteers on the internal feed.
Result
Less error's and mistakes in admin, but also an increase in volunteer engagement and an increased connection between volunteers because of more and better shared experiences.
